KYND provides free cyber risks reports to businesses fighting cyber criminals during the coronavirus crisis

Cybersecurity firm KYND has become the latest company to provide its services for free to help others through the coronavirus crisis.

The developer of cyber risk management products will provide small businesses and charities with some help combating cybercrime during the COVID-19 pandemic by providing free KYND Start reports through the Confederation of British Industry’s (CBI) Coronavirus hub.

“In these unprecedented times KYND, like the CBI, want to do everything we can to help our fellow small businesses navigate through this crisis,” said Andy Thomas, CEO of KYND. “By offering small businesses and charities free access to our KYND Start report we feel that we can play our small part in helping everyone stay a little bit safer.”

The news comes after several industry stakeholders and governmental authorities have warned against a rise of phishing, ransomware, phone scams and other attacks where bad actors are trying to leverage the pandemic for their own nefarious ends.
