Robo-advisor Scalable Capital has integrated Futurae’s multi-factor authentication portfolio as an added level of security for the platform.
Through the partnership, Futurae’s tools will become available in Scalable Capital’s investment portfolio as an additional security layer. The integration allows Scalable to securely execute sensitive actions sensitive actions through mobile phones.
Scalable Capital’s robo-advisor creates a customised exchange-traded fund (ETF) portfolio for individual risk assessment on an individual basis. Its platform bases a portfolio on personal risk tolerance and uses risk management technology to regularly monitor and adjust each portfolio.
The platform offers three types of investment plans. Its general term enables a client to invest as much as they want from £10,000, while its ISA helps investors receive tax-free returns for up to £20,000. Finally, the platform offers a pension scheme which supports the investor’s future.
Futurae offers a suite of authentication tools, with its core product being Zero-Touch, a two-factor authenticator which works without user interactions. It works by utilising machine learning technology to authenticate a user through ambient noise and ultrasound technology.

Late last year, Futurae formed a similar partnership with foreign exchange platform AMNIS Treasury Services. The deal saw Futurae supply AMNIS with authentication services.
