According to the firm, the move into the US strengthens the company’s position as a provider of no-code centralised AML compliance and fraud prevention solutions and marks a ‘significant milestone’ in its journey.
Baran Ozkan, co-founder and CEO of Flagright, recently travelled to the US to oversee the onboarding process of the firm’s new team and lay the groundwork for its presence in the region.
Flagright said, “This hands-on approach to initiating our US operations highlights the strategic vision and practical steps taken to establish Flagright as a trusted partner to financial institutions around the world.”
Alongside the expansion, the company has appointed Danny Flores as the company’s new US sales lead.
Flagright said that Flores ‘brings a wealth of industry experience and a proven track record of driving growth in the financial technology sector’. He has also cultivated strong customer relationships and has a keen understanding of market needs.
The company concluded “As we embark on this exciting new chapter, we remain committed to our mission of simplifying AML compliance and fraud prevention for financial institutions worldwide. Our expansion into the US market reinforces our dedication to providing innovative, scalable, and cost-effective solutions that enable our customers to confidently navigate the complex world of financial regulation and security.”
