Intello partners with OneLogin to enhance SaaS spend, usage, and compliance

Intello has partnered with OneLogin, a provider of Unified Access Management, to provide one-click visibility into SaaS utilisation and advanced reporting on vendor compliance.

OneLogin has integrated its cloud-based Unified Access Management Platform  with Intello’s SaaS Management Solution. Through this partnership, IT and tech security leaders and enterprise CIOs and CISOs, can better manage their organisation’s SaaS spend, usage, and compliance.

“CIOs shouldn’t have to spend time managing SaaS sprawl and license utilization,” said Matt Hurley, VP of alliances and channels at OneLogin. “As the leaders in Unified Access Management, we at OneLogin are excited to partner with Intello to provide CIOs and CFOs with a solution to maximize return on cloud investments and better secure their environment.”

The recent General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe enforces strict regulation for data collection and processing. Under the regulation, companies need centralised visibility into software vendor usage to understand where their customer’s data is being stored.

With this challenge in mind, Intello and OneLogin will automate the auditing process and monitors for real-time usage of applications. Intello automatically aggregates real-time SaaS usage data for all OneLogin connected applications, strengthening compliance of applications and saving money on wasted licenses.

Intello said it can also help with OneLogin deployment by reporting on SAML enabled apps in-use that are not yet connected OneLogin.

We are thrilled to partner with OneLogin,” said Intello CEO Barak Kaufman, “CIOs and IT leaders everywhere can now utilize this powerful integration to automate their SaaS operations workflow and better secure their organisation’s data.”

Earlier this year, OneLogin raised $22.5m in fresh funding, with capital coming from CRV and other new and existing investors, including Social Capital, Scale Venture Partners and Blue Cloud Ventures.

San Francisco, CA-based OneLogin provides a Unified Access Management platform which enables organisations to access the apps and data anytime, everywhere. The platform secures millions of identities for thousands of companies around the globe, spans both cloud and on-prem environments, and unifies all users, devices, and applications across the enterprise.
