INDATA launches new Portfolio Architect AI

INDATA, a provider of software, technology and services for buy-side firms, has launched a new Portfolio Architect AI.

The iPM Portfolio Architect AI claims to be the investment industry’s first portfolio construction, modelling, rebalancing and reporting solution based on AI and machine learning.

Architect AI leverages natural language as well as voice capabilities to perform complex workflows rapidly. Its goals is to allow portfolio managers to work more efficiently, effectively reducing the number of steps in a given process and minimising the reliance on complex software.

The system also utilises machine learning and deep learning to tailor and optimize the portfolio management process for the individual needs of each firm and their unique investment strategies. Architect AI, which is based on open APIs, and can therefore be integrated into most environments, leverages iPM Epic, which is based on big data technology. Using Architect AI in conjunction with iPM Epic, INDATA clients are able to create effective data models for their own firms and benefit from the current and future efficiencies created through the application AI and machine learning.

“We are extremely excited to launch Architect AI, which is the culmination of extensive developments in our iPM Cloud and iPM Epic products,” commented David J. Csiki, President of INDATA. “While cutting edge in nature, Architect AI is a practical solution that delivers tangible ROI for investment managers allowing them to maximize productivity while minimizing costs, which is essential in today’s markets where active managers can now deploy technology to improve the bottom line,” he added.

The company’s offerings include daily reconciliation services, consolidated data files, proactive rate-of-return (ROR) verification, data and IT services, implementation services, and investment research/brokerage services.

INDATA also offers Compliance-as-a-Service, a fully integrated compliance offering that provides software, technology, services and data via a single, fully-integrated solution. It provides its clients with the ability to leverage highly experienced INDATA staff for compliance rule writing, set up and testing.

The goal of the service is to assist INDATA clients on an outsourcing basis, as well as to act as an extension of the firms compliance, operations, and/or trading departments to enhance compliance, increase operational efficiency and reduce risk.
