HyperGrid reels in $25m for cloud management software

HyperGrid, a California-based Hybrid Cloud Management (HCM) company, closed a $25M Series C round of funding.

The new round was co-led by new investor, HighBar Partners and current investor Atlantic Bridge Capital. It also featured participation by current investors Acero Capital.

Headquartered in Silicon Valley, HyperGrid provides an intelligent hybrid cloud management solution which takes a software-defined cloud approach, centralizing control and proactively managing all private and public clouds from within a single solution, allowing enterprise IT teams and MSPs to become instant cloud experts and improve business agility.

Organisations can accelerate their cloud journey by simplifying and automating cloud planning, optimization, security and management at scale.

The company claims it can ensure governance and compliance policies are effectively supported, minimizing risk and exposure to a user’s organisation. For operational governance, HyperGrid enables day to day compliance through consistent, automated, policy-based cloud management. Its solution continuously monitors user actions through automated alerts and audit trails, proactively manages all cloud resources with a single dashboard view populated by real-time data, and provides end to end cloud lifecycle management.

For financial governance, HyperGrid allows the user to accurately monitor, optimize, and control your cloud spend. It helps establish guardrails with hard or soft quota limits and entitlements for cloud resource acces. Customers can also accurately and precisely manage cloud spend with cost profiles assigned to blueprints.
