London-based SeedLegals lands £1m investment

London-based SeedLegals has reportedly raised a £1m investment from investors including Seedcamp.

Investments also came from angel investors including Secret Escapes founder Troy Collins and Property Partner investor Will Neale, according to a report by Tech City News. The round also saw commitments from law firms Fieldfisher and DKLM, it said.

SeedLegals is an automated legal service for funding rounds giving the participants all the legal documents they need within minutes. The platform aims to help startups finish the legal process with investors quicker and cheaper.

Through the app the company can create founder, employee and advisor agreements, NDA, founder service and IP agreements, as well as the ability to add option pools and investors from prior round.
