H.I.G. Capital has sold HelpSystems, a provider of systems and network management, business intelligence and security and compliance solutions.
The private equity firm has end its three-year ownership of the business by offloading HelpSytems to HGGC for an undisclosed amount.
Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, HelpSytems provides a number of products for cybersecurity, compliance & Audit reporting, IT operations Management, IT infrastructure management, business intelligence & Dev tools, document & forms management, and cloud management.
The company delivers IT infrastructure software for IBM, Unix, Linux, and Windows environments to over 13,000 customers worldwide. It customers come from virtually every industry and range in size from small and midsize businesses to Fortune 500 organisations, including RBS and Nationwide Insurance.
