Fenergo and AWS team up to revolutionise financial institutions' KYC and CLM processes

Fenergo, a leading provider of digital solutions for Know Your Customer (KYC), Transaction Monitoring, and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), has announced the availability of its software-as-a-service (SaaS) CLM solution on AWS Marketplace.

The partnership aims to simplify and accelerate the digital transformation journey for FIs. By leveraging Fenergo’s expertise in KYC, transaction monitoring, and client onboarding processes, alongside AWS’s robust cloud infrastructure, financial institutions can now more efficiently meet their compliance requirements and enhance customer experiences.

Fenergo is renowned for its comprehensive suite of digital solutions that facilitate efficient compliance with regulatory requirements and streamline client lifecycle management. Their SaaS CLM solution, in particular, offers a scalable and secure way for banks and other financial institutions to manage client relationships from onboarding through to offboarding, ensuring compliance with global regulations.

This partnership allows AWS customers to directly procure Fenergo’s CLM solution, facilitating rapid implementation and enabling FIs to quickly realize the benefits of digitalization. Moreover, AWS customers can take advantage of any AWS incentives, discounts, or programs they are entitled to, further enhancing the value of this collaboration.
