C Spire expands offering with service provider TekLinks

C Spire has expanded its cloud and managed services offering by purchasing TekLinks.

Founded in 2001, Birmingham, Alabama-based TekLinks is a resell, cloud, managed and professional services provider.

Banks and credit unions are currently subject to ‘a unique and daunting’ set of IT requirements and regulatory pressures according to TekLinks. The company aims to do what most IT providers not equipped to do and help financial organisations meet their security and compliance regulations.

Financial organisations of all sizes across the Southeast U.S. use TekLinks’ IT support to meet regulatory requirements. The business deigns customer solutions to help user’s meet their goals, including audit and compliance requirements.

It provides vulnerability assessments, intrusion detection, internet content filtering, anti-virus and anti-spam management, patching, log management, and device encryptions, among other services.
