Global payments firm Worldline has established a partnership with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection to curb online fraud.
The deal will help Worldline’s enterprise-level customers to deal with rising online payment fraud threats. Clients will have access to Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 technology from the outset, without wasting time and resource on deployment and onboarding. It hopes this will offer seamless integration without impacting customer experiences.
Worldline claims to be the first provider within the payments industry to fully adopt and integrate the Microsoft fraud screening solution. It can now learn and adapt to fraud pattens to boost detection efforts.
One of the benefits of the technology is hybrid fraud screening, which combines static rules and machine learning to uncover threats. Its machine learning AI can monitor adapting fraud patterns and optimise fraud detection.
Other capabilities include device fingerprinting, multi-hierarchy management, data network functionality, manual reviews and more.
Panteha Pedram, director of fraud and risk products at Worldline, said, “We are very excited to be the first payments provider to fully integrate Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection within our online solutions offering. Microsoft is truly an established world leader in fraud prevention, and we look forward to harnessing their expertise and market reputation in order to enhance our client service offering.”
Worldline recently completed the 80% acquisition of bank acquirer Axepta Italy. The deal was aimed at Worldline bolstering its activities in Italy.
