Deal activity reached 48 deals in 2022 and saw a less dramatic 9% reduction from 2021 levels. Q4 2022 deal activity reached 13 deals in total, a slight 7% drop from Q3 2022.
• Immersive Labs, a platform that measures and improves cybersecurity skills, was the largest UK RegTech deal in Q4 2022 raising, $66m in their latest Series C funding round led by Ten Eleven Ventures. Immersive Labs plans to utilize the new funding to expand its presence in the Cyber Workforce Resilience market and provide innovative solutions for enterprise clients to demonstrate their cyber proficiency throughout the organization, from leadership to hands-on security teams.
