Identity verification platform Trulioo has acquired HelloFlow, a developer of no-code, drag-and-drop client onboarding, monitoring and digital workflow software.
Trulioo said this acquisition will accelerate the delivery of an enhanced end-to-end identity platform by combining Trulioo GlobalGateway with a full suite of orchestration, onboarding workflow and risk management capabilities.
GlobalGateway is a data and identity services network for both business and individual verification.
Trulioo claims companies are seeking ways to optimise their onboarding workflows to improve KYC, AML and other regulatory processes. By leveraging HelloFlow, customers can achieve this through a single, unified platform.
Based in Denmark, HelloFlow is a no-code platform that helps firms easily deploy digital onboarding journeys. Its drag-and-drop interface removes time consuming and expensive development costs.
Trulioo president and CEO Steve Munford said, “Establishing and securing trust online is a foundational step for all digital activity.
“Our ability to verify both businesses and individuals globally combined with HelloFlow’s advanced orchestration delivers unmatched capabilities and helps us accelerate an end-to-end identity platform that meets the evolving needs of our customers.”
This deal is part of Trulioo’s continued expansion efforts. By the end of the year, the company hopes it can expand its global presence and double the size of its team.
