Tietoevry, a leading Nordic software and services company, has entered into an agreement with the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV), the governmental body responsible for labour and welfare services in Norway.

This partnership aims to deliver a standard cloud-based solution to enhance the digitisation and automation of NAV’s information and document processes.

The collaboration is driven by the need to increase efficiency in handling case-relevant information and to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

NAV will adopt Tietoevry Industry’s Public 360° solution, which is designed to support documentation of management processes and internal control.

The Public 360° solution aims to improve the workday for employees by simplifying information management through digitisation, automation, robotisation, and artificial intelligence.

It offers a high degree of automated information and document capture, facilitating better collaboration among NAV employees. It utilises tools for process automation, APIs for automated data capture, and integrates artificial intelligence as part of the cloud service.

This solution is Noark-approved, ensuring compliance with Norwegian archiving standards, and features a user-friendly interface that is tailored to the roles of managers, case handlers, and archivists.

Espen Aune, Sales Manager at Public 360°, Tietoevry Industry, commented, “We are very pleased with the trust from NAV. We have solid experience in the case and archive domain in the public sector, and we look forward to using our expertise to provide NAV with a robust and secure cloud service that will meet their needs both today and in the future.”

The agreement between Tietoevry and NAV is valued at 40m NOK.
