Theta Lake, a leader in collaboration compliance and security solutions, has partnered with visual collaboration platform Mural.
This deal sees Theta Lake integrate its compliance tools with Mural, enabling secure capture of whiteboard content including text and rich media, long-term archiving and archive connectors for governance and recordkeeping. Once captured, its technology can analyse the content to automate detection of compliance and data security risks.
The integration is the first in the compliance software segment to support dynamic whiteboard content.
Mural is a visual collaboration platform that supports brainstorming, project management, idea sharing and more.
Teams can leverage Mural to communicate on projects in real-time asynchronously on a digital canvas with visual tools like sticky notes, images, files, links, objects, and templates to be more productive.
With text and images constantly changing on digital whiteboards, it can be tough for organisations to capture and identify content for their regulatory requirements.
Through Theta Lake’s API driven integration, joint customers can collaborate, create content and virtually brainstorm while ensuring they maintain compliance.
Its compliance software can capture all text and related metadata, along with daily snapshots of the entire virtual canvas, stored as a PDF to make review easier. It also boasts investigation capabilities so a compliance staff member can view activities and logs on a comprehensive timeline that illustrates the entire history.
Other features include integrations with existing archive environments, verifiable reconciliation, supervision and review, comprehensive eDiscovery and flexible storage options.
