Theta Lake, a pioneer in Digital Communications Governance (DCG) & Compliance, has announced a host of new product innovations which are designed to address evolving customer needs.

The firm has unveiled a raft of significant market innovations with new integrations, new capabilities, and ways to acquire/consume Theta Lake capabilities.

The move will allow the firm to break new ground in terms of unified compliance coverage, as it reinforces its position as the leading unified compliance platform for digital communications governance.

The company is enhancing its coverage and acquisition options, partnering with RingCentral and establishing an OEM relationship with Zoom.

Innovations include multi-language audio transcription, comprehensive compliance for whiteboard and visual communications, unified compliance for Zoom, coverage across various use cases, and support for AWS or Azure deployment including Bring Your Own Encryption Key and Bring Your Own Storage options.

It offers a flexible suite of capabilities, including compliance capture, record-keeping, unified search, storage, risk detection, and proactive response for surveillance and insider risk.

This will extend its compliance coverage to include Voice, SMS, Whiteboards, and Visual Collaboration across multiple languages.

Irwin Lazar, President and Principal Analyst at Metrigy, spoke enthusiastically regarding the potential of Theta Lake’s latest offering.

He stated, “As the collaboration landscape rapidly evolves, companies must be able to take advantage of new and emerging capabilities while also ensuring that they meet compliance requirements. Our forthcoming Workplace Collaboration and Contact Center Security and Compliance: 2024-25 global study of more than 330 companies shows that approximately 30% turn off access to collaboration apps and 23% disable access to contact centre platform features due to security and compliance concerns.

“Theta Lake’s capabilities help companies realise full value from their collaboration and contact centre investments by ensuring that they can safely deploy new features while meeting record-keeping, archiving, discovery, supervision, and data loss prevention needs,” he explained.
