Shield Financial Compliance, a data management and transformation platform, has partnered with Trusted Data Solutions (TDS).
Through the deal, TDS will represent Shield FC as a vendor for sales, services and deployment, providing its customers with its compliance technology.
By working together, the companies are expecting to accelerate their growth and enter new geographies.
Trusted Data Solutions head of strategy and partnerships Paul Willson said, “The FinTech and RegTech product market is extremely busy, with lots of differing messages coming from lots of different vendors.
“We have been evaluating this market and our strategy is to partner solely with companies that we feel add value with clearly-defined USPs, are easy to deal with on a human level and have the same service standards as TDS. Shield share these key attributes and much more besides.”
Shield is a regulation compliance monitoring platform for all eComms systems, using AI natural language processing and visualisation to boot compliance. The platform can help connect all structured and unstructured data sources, record-keeping and archiving platforms.
Companies can also use Shield to archive their data in a secure and encrypted place, analyse this information and complete reporting processes.
TDS is a data storage and transformation company, helping businesses backup all information types, archive emails, and convert voice logger systems into audio files.
Shield FC VP global sales and business development Eran Noam said, “We were looking for a value-add partner with comprehensive financial markets domain expertise. TDS brings a unique combination of solid and dependable ethical orientation and extensive financial markets knowledge, along with excellent customer service, to provide the best expert assistance – from installation to continued maintenance and support of the Shield platform.”
Earlier in the year, Shield FC launched its compliance platform on to the cloud, giving financial institutions greater flexibility with data preferences.
