Rivetz, which designs technology to help protect digital assets, has partnered with AnyLog to boost data protection for IoT information.
Through the deal, Rivetz will supply its hardware-level, blockchain-based data protection service to AnyLog’s platform.
AnyLog uses a globally distributed P2P network, blockchain technology, and incentives to offer a platform for collecting, storing and querying IoT data. It is able to distribute data across the network in a secure manner.
Users are able to manage their data in real-time and remove the costs associated with maintaining their own databases. They can also receive money or rewards when they exchange their data in the network with companies.
As part of the deal, AnyLog will integrate the Rivetz hardware to protect the delivery of data from IoT devices across the network.
Rivetz co-founder and CEO Steven Sprague said, “Rivetz is proud to provide provable cybersecurity controls to AnyLog.
“AnyLog is changing the way enterprises secure and interact with data. Rivetz sees an excellent opportunity to implement a simple and safe model using blockchain and trusted computing to ensure the quality of all transactions across the AnyLog data platform.”
Revetz is a technology developer which provides a safe way to protect digital assets, with the support of cybersecurity tools. Its security solutions UTILISE the TEE, which is an isolated, measured computer environment separate from the device’s operating system.
By funnelling all digital transactions through the TEE, Rivetz states its users’ private keys cannot be altered or stolen if the operating system is tampered with or infected by malware.
Last year, Rivetz formed a partnership with the digital identity verification company Civic and cybersecurity company ElevenPaths. Together, the companies are developing cybersecurity solutions which will support digital identity verification.
