InvestorForce, a provider of investment analytics and reporting solutions, has been snapped up by Resurgens Technology Partners.
The growth equity firm has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire InvestorForce from MSCI, and will merge it with its portfolio company, Investment Metrics.
Investment Metrics and InvestorForce are set to combine to further focus on the ‘dynamic and increasingly complex’ needs of investment consultants, wealth managers and investment managers.
The combined entity will provide investment tools for performance analysis, investment reporting, investment policy statements, peer benchmarking and competitive insights, leveraging the unique and substantial data assets of the combined company. The company, which will operate under the Investment Metrics name, will continue to support both the Investment Metrics and InvestorForce software, data and service offerings.
