ResearchPool, a digital platform for investment research, has partnered with Invest Securities to launch a MiFID II-compliant solution to access reports and analysts.
Invest Securities, a French intermediation company with expertise in brokerage, analysis office, issuers department, will also exclusively distribute its research on ResearchPool.com for non-clients.

ResearchPool said it has developed the platform of Invest Securities clients so that they can access research whilst complying with the new regulation; enhancing their user experience through an optimised search engine, personalised dashboards and notification; and bettering the quality of their distribution.
Founded in 2012, ResearchPool is an online aggregation platform and marketplace for financial research and market commentary on a wide range of European and international markets. Its platform sells and purchase research reports, along with the MiFID 2 solution for investment firms to manage spending usage and evaluation of research.
Invest Securities, which is part of the independent financial company Allinvest, provides a hub of additional domains: brokerage, analysis office, issuers department, bringing global and personalized solutions to companies and institutional as well as fund managers.
The second Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) was officially implemented on 3 January 2018. It offers more protection to investors in trading, covering a wide range of areas such as transparency of costs and research payments.
Thomson Reuters, the multinational mass media and information firm, recently went live with key MiFID II services. The new services are part of the group’s aim of providing a comprehensive suite of solutions to assist the industry with ensuring ongoing compliance with MiFID II requirements.
