Blockchain-based identification platform Blockpass has partnered with Ethereum cryptocurrency exchange IDEX to promote compliance in the blockchain ecosystem.
Through the partnership both parties will work with blockchain-based businesses to implement KYC and AML identity verification.
Blockpass is an identity verification solution developer, supporting the verification of humans, objects and devices. Users are able to create, store and manage digital identity data and use it across its business operations in a secure manner.
“The partnership with IDEX is particularly compelling for us,” said Blockpass CEO Adam Vaziri. “We look forward to collaborating with IDEX to bring the best in class KYC Connect Solution to blockchain businesses around the world.”
IDEX is an Ethereum-based decentralized exchange focused on Ethereum and ERC20 token trading pairs.
“Blockpass helps reduce the KYC barrier for both businesses and customers by providing a single source of verified documents,” added IDEX CEO Alex Wearn. “By integrating with a ‘one and done’ KYC solution we can ease the process of creating verified accounts on IDEX.”
Blockpass was very active last year, with it forming a partnership with GoSecurity at the close of the year. This deal will see Blockpass deploy its KYC verification solutions to GoSecurity to help provide premium, simple and compliant onboarding of its customers.
Other companies including Ethfinex, BBFTA, ethecal and Infinito have all recently integrated Blockpass’ KYC Connect Solution into their customer onboarding procedures.
