RegTech startup Theta Lake has partnered with the multinational technology company Cisco to make it easier for businesses to be legally compliant in their video conferences.
In a new video, the two partners explains how Theta Lake’s video, audio and chat communications solutions are integrated in Cisco’s Webex video conferencing tool.
Once connected, Theta Lake’s technology will automatically scan audio, visual and whiteboard content to ensure regulatory compliance. Each recording will subsequently be given a risk score against 40 built-in policies and organised in an easily reviewable way.
The technology’s artificial intelligence-powered risk advisor flags risks – like accidentally sharing the wrong screen full of confidential content during a video conference – and for compliance reviewers to investigate further.
