GetID unveils new identity verification flow builder

Estonian identity verification firm GetID has launched a know-your-customer (KYC) flow builder to help customers set up and deploy personalised online verification procedures.

Founded in 2019, GetID enables clients to swiftly and seamlessly perform online identity verification, KYC & AML checks, and to significantly improve the onboarding process for your business.

To use the company’s platform, users are required to simply upload a picture of their ID and take a photo of themselves – these will then be cross-referenced and verified.

According to GetID, the usage of the new GetID development streamlines the launch process and allows to reduce time and integration costs substantially with a high level of customisation and security.

The platform also enables multiple verification flows to be set up and deployed on-the-fly, allowing businesses and compliance teams to run a range of verification flows for different countries and products.

The company added that users of the flow builder will be able define needed checks such as liveness detection, ID document verification and anti-money laundering watchlists screening according to the KYC and onboarding procedure. They will also be able to choose an integration option.

The flow builder can be accessed via the firm’s GetID Administrative portal, which is also able to be used as an ‘easy-to-get-around’ work environment for KYC officers and compliance teams.

GetID CEO Dmitri Laush said, “We are really excited about how much faster and easier the process of implementing online identity verification can be. For developers, this time is reduced to days or even hours, instead of weeks of development before. GetID online KYC flow builder is an incredibly flexible tool.

“Also, it’s a perfect tool for any size company – it allows to significantly speed up and simplify the integration process while leaving a lot of room for flexibility and personalization.”
