Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency exchange Gatecoin has integrated Coinfirm’s ANK risk and compliance solution.
Alongside the partnership, Gatecoin has joined Confirm’s AMLT Network as a new member. The companies are working together to creating AML compliance standards for the crypto market
The AMLT Network is a digital token with the goal of bringing transparency and security to the blockchain ecosystem. The token aims to limit damage caused by fraud and malicious players, while also limiting their incentives to complete attacks in the first place.
These tokens are used to access services on the Confirm system and can be earned by sharing information about hackers, and fraudsters. Its solution also lets users submit positive and personal data in order to boost transparency between trusted transaction parties.
London-headquartered Confirm is an AML and KYC solution for the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystems. Its software completes real-time analysis of Bitcoin, Ethereum, NEO, Dash, Hyperledger and other blockchains to monitor 200 risk indicators.
Coinfirm and AMLT Network co-founder Grant Blaisdell said, “More and more exchanges are recognizing the value of working with the Coinfirm AML Platform and AMLT Network and Gatecoin has always been on the forefront of addressing this aspect of the industry, so it was only natural we aligned and showed the market the next standard and direction.
“It shows how much they care about the quality of their product, and safety and security of their users.”
Earlier in the year, Confirm closed its AMLT token sale on over $19m.
