FullCircl, a UK-based SaaS platform that automates the verification of global businesses and individuals, has announced a host of senior leadership appointments to drive its next wave of transformation.
The firm has revealed that Hema Marshall will assume the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), alongside Amy Musk as Chief Operating Officer and Immy Tugcu as the new VP Product.
These appointments mark a significant shift for FullCircl, transitioning from a founder-led scale-up to a C-Suite driven organisation.

Marshall, the incoming CRO, joins from Sparqa Legal, bringing 13 years of senior leadership experience at Cisco.
She boasts a proven track record of propelling growth through adeptly constructing and guiding high-performing sales teams. Additionally, she has demonstrated proficiency in implementing comprehensive strategies for growth-driven alignment across all revenue-related operations.
Musk, formerly VP of Growth, now assumes the position of COO. With a six-year tenure at the company, her clear execution has consistently yielded exceptional outcomes.
Transitioning to the COO role, she is poised to expedite FullCircl’s growth trajectory by shaping the next phase of its strategy, fostering collaborative optimisation of its business operations, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
Tugcu, a steadfast member of FullCircl since its inception, will now assume the mantle of VP Product.
Tasked with spearheading the team, she will formulate and execute a product strategy and vision aimed at perpetuating the company’s commitment to innovation. Her goal is to deliver cutting-edge solutions to the financially regulated industries that FullCircl serves.
