Xceptor, a premier data automation platform provider, has officially named Fleur Sohtz as their new CMO.

Based in New York, Fleur is slated to report directly to Michiel Verhoeven, the Chief Executive Officer.

Leading the financial sector, Xceptor offers a dynamic data automation platform. Trusted by major banks and financial institutions, the company provides solutions that improve data processes, orchestrate tasks, and streamline workflow automation. They are particularly recognised in North America, where eight of the top 15 US banks rely on Xceptor for their data automation needs.

Fleur Sohtz is no stranger to the intersections of data, finance, and technology. In her decorated career, she’s previously filled the role of CMO for industry giants like Team8, Analytic Partners, Collibra, and Cordium (now part of ACA Group). Spanning two decades, her international exposure has seen her overseeing crucial marketing and communication operations, all aimed at fostering growth, innovation, and introducing fresh solutions to the market.

Her extensive tenure in the marketing realm includes senior roles with top-tier financial services entities such as Markit (now rebranded as S&P Global) and Thomson Reuters (now known as LSEG).

North America stands as a critical market frontier for Xceptor, and with Fleur’s deep-rooted experience in the US market, the company is poised for growth, especially within their fastest expanding client segment. One such area of focus is the impending T+1 phase, where Xceptor collaborates with financial institutions to tackle the challenges rooted in T+2 settings.

Over the past few months, the company has amplified its workforce by 60% across multiple departments, including product, sales, client success, and marketing, further enriching its capabilities in data automation. Additionally, this key hiring of Fleur follows a series of strategic C-level additions to the company’s hierarchy, which also includes the recent induction of a Chief HR Officer.

Xceptor Chief Executive Officer Michiel Verhoeven commented: “Fleur is a proven industry leader and is well recognised in both financial services and data automation. With her global mindset and deep understanding of how our international key markets operate, I look forward to her leadership in helping Xceptor usher in a new phase of growth and development.”

Fleur Sohtz, the newly minted Chief Marketing Officer at Xceptor, remarked: “Joining Xceptor at this critical juncture is a significant opportunity. The company’s distinct strategy, clear vision and ambitious long-term goals make it stand out. I am ready to apply my skills and industry knowledge to further these objectives, working closely with the team to shape our collective future.”
