MirrorWeb, a web archiving and monitoring solution, has been listed in the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Compliance Vendor Directory (CVD).
The CVD enables firms to search for vendors which offer compliance-related services. As part of the list, FINRA members can learn about MirrorWeb’s platform which helps firms meet record-keeping and financial promotion compliance.
Members will also use MirrorWeb to ensure they are compliant with FINRA Communications Rules surrounding record-keeping and financial promotions, particularly with the web and social media.
MirrorWeb helps firms capture, archive and monitor electronic communications for compliance and brand preservation.
Its technology keeps a secure record of all communications including web and social media content, helping businesses to preserve their brand and identity.
MirrorWeb CEO David Clee said, “We’re incredibly pleased to be listed in the FINRA Compliance Vendor Directory. It marks an important moment in the company’s history as we continue to help clients meet ever-changing digital archiving requirements.
“With MirrorWeb successfully helping clients across the UK and Europe remain compliant, we’re excited to bring our innovative web archiving technology to the US and the members of FINRA.”
FINRA, which is an independent agency which protects investors and safeguards market integrity, initially revealed its ambition to create the directory of compliance service providers in 2017. The list now comprises of firms with solutions for compliance consulting, cybersecurity, data management, information archiving exam prep, insurance brokers, monitoring and surveillance, PCAOB registered accountants, and registration services.
Last year, MirrorWeb release a blog outlining the pitfalls of in-house marketing.
