docStribute has launched dSign, a new digital signing solution that leverages distributed ledger technology, as well as its flagship product dSend.

The new solution will be available to companies of all sizes but was particularly built around the needs of SMEs. It claims dSign will democratise digital signatures by making all features available for all sectors at a single, low cost and flat fee.

docStribute hopes to take on an established market by offering “drastically lower fees, unlimited users, DLT security, two-factor authentication as standard and much more.”

Built on Hedera Hashgraph, a distributed ledger, dSign leverages cryptography, 256 digit alphanumeric code and a three factor verification process to store documents and create secure links to them. When a document is signed, the contents of the documents, including the signature, are secured with a docStribute digital stamp – ensuring one true source of the final contract, while recording a real-time audit trail.

Speaking on the new tool, docStribute CEO Chris Ansara said, “We are very excited to be launching dSign – a digital document signing solution that helps business be conducted quicker and in a more environmentally-friendly and cost effective way.

“dSign ensures the authenticity of contracts is retained from start to finish. This launch will open up new markets to docStribute such as SMEs, the real estate sector, legal sector, human resources, and more. Businesses are tired of paying extra for additional functionality and seats. Other companies lock you in, and then encourage you to pay extra for functionality.

“With dSign, there are no hidden costs or sneaky upgrades required. We offer outstanding value for money and peace of mind that your contracts are in safe hands.”

The solution costs £20 per month and includes distributed ledger technology, unlimited document manage folders, ensured security of documents, customisable branding, CO@E savings calculator, real-time audit trail and more.

docStribute’s dSend solution allows companies to send confidential and regulated documents to customers digitally. These are sent through immutable hyperlinks that can be shared via email, text or instant message.

Earlier in the year, docStribute formed a partnership with Penrith Building Society. The partnership supplies Penrith’s members with secure document management services.
