Cybersecurity training platform ThriveDX has received a total of $100m in strategic investments from Prytek Holdings.
With the capital injection, ThriveDX plans to accelerate its presence in US, Europe and Asia,
Prytek originally invested into ThriveDx in 2018 with a $20m capital injection. This helped the CyberTech company to begin its global expansion efforts, with a particular focused placed on the US.
Over the years, Prytek has become a core part of ThriveDX’s management, supporting its M&A activities.
ThriveDX works with academic institutions and corporations to create professional development programs in digital technology. Its courses include cyber and information security, data science and analytics, software engineering and digital marketing.
It also has a SaaS platform entirely focused on cybersecurity training. The end-to-end solution equips people with the necessary training to avoid cyber threats, including phishing.
Prytek co-CEO Arnon Shiboleth said, “ThriveDX is a company with exceptional global capabilities in the field of education with a unique model. Prytek recognized its capabilities back in 2018, which was a local company starting to expand globally, and since then we have had the honour of working closely with management and supporting its exponential growth and global success.”
