Cybersecurity accelerator ICE71 reveals 10 startups to receive funding

Singapore-based cybersecurity accelerator programme ICE71 has reportedly revealed the 10 startups to be funded through its latest cohort.

Each of the companies, which reside in Singapore, India, Turkey, Vietnam, the UK and the US, have received around $22,000 in funding, according to a report from TechInAsia.

Having partook in the accelerator programme, this cohort presented their solutions at a demo day made up of investors and cybersecurity leaders, it said. While the programme has finished, ICE71 will continue to support the 10 startups with further funding, product development and commercial expansion.

Loki was one of the 10 companies to receive funding. The cybersecurity company provides a simplified management system to monitor all of the devices connected to a network and protect it from cyber-attacks. All data logs, configurations, user profiles and instantly encrypted and backed up on the Loki cloud server.

Another startup in the cohort was Aversafe, a credential verification solution which helps businesses to streamline background checks and due diligence.

689 Cloud is another one of the startups, which received funding to help development of its collaboration platform. The solution empowers users to protect, track and control their files after they have been shared and ensure personal and confidential information is not reshared or leaked to those without the correct rights.

The remaining companies include: data privacy and security system OneKIY, email analysis solution PhishBase, cyber risk assessment tool Seconize, cybersecurity awareness and education platform Blue Phish, authentication and identity management service Keyless, open-source security tools provider Guard Rails, and automated solution for security assessments Infra.

The accelerator programme has commenced its search for the third cohort.
