Smarsh, which helps firms manage risk in electronic communications, has joined Microsoft’s One Commercial Partner (OCP) programme.
This agreement will see the two companies working together to grow the Microsoft Azure footprint and accelerate the adoption of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams within the financial services industry.
Smarsh supports the deployment of its cloud-native communication monitoring services on Azure. Its Enterprise Archive supplies supervision and e-discovery workflows for over 80 communication channels, capturing and retaining this in their native format with full conversational context.
The RegTech offers additional tools for Microsoft Teams. Its technology can capture Teams content including one-to-one chats, multiparty chats and persistent channels. Furthermore, it can record edits, deletes, replies, emojis, GIFs, files, stickers and links.
Smarsh CEO Brian Cramer said, “Smarsh is proud to be a member of Microsoft’s One Commercial Partner program, and to go to market with Microsoft in support of a common vision.
“Together we will enable the global financial industry to take advantage of the benefits of modern communications by solving the most stringent communications compliance challenges.”
