CASE, a provider of software and cloud engineering services to the U.S. intelligence community and CyberKinetics have merged.
The partnership aims to combine CASE’s expertise in software development and cloud engineering with CyberKinetics’ proficiency in cloud-based services and cyber solutions to better serve the national security community.
CASE, founded in 2018 and headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, offers innovative and secure IT solutions, including cybersecurity engineering, DevOps, data engineering, cloud migration, and infrastructure planning, to the national security community. CyberKinetics, on the other hand, provides cloud-based services and cyber solutions tailored for the national security sector, focusing on ease of use, ease of maintenance, and layered security.
The financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed. Following the merger, CyberKinetics’ management team will remain with the combined organization. The acquisition is expected to propel CASE into its next phase of growth, enabling it to tackle mission-critical challenges more effectively and pursue larger contracts.
CASE is a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, a private equity firm specializing in national security, aerospace, and industrial services.
