Asseco South Eastern Europe (Asseco SEE) has joined the NextGenPSD2 Implementation Support Programme (NISP) to support banks with PSD2 requirements.
Berlin Group launched the NextGenPSD2 initiative to help overcome the emergence of competing mechanisms in the market and offer a unified PSD2 standard for bank account access. The NextGenPSD2 is a European payments interoperability standards and harmonisation initiative.
NISP is a program with the goal of supporting banks with the implementation, testing and certification of Berlin Group’s NextGenPSD2 framework.
Asseco SEE Group product director Predrag Popović, said, “It is our great honour to be the first vendor to join the NextGenPSD2 Implementation Support Programme (NISP).
“With our know-how incorporated in the PSD2 Enabler solution, which fits the Berlin Group NextGenPSD2 Framework and enables full PSD2 compliance out of the box, we are sure our participation in the NextGenPSD2 Implementation Support Programme will be of immense assistance to all NISP members enabling them to optimise their implementations, deliver maximum quality and have their questions answered.”
Asseco South Eastern Europe Gro is a technology developer for financial services in South-eastern Europe. Its services include payment processing, mobile payments, POS, fraud protection, banking, and leasing.
Earlier in the year, The Berlin Group published a new framework which was designed to give third-party provides API access to bank accounts in compliance with PSD2.
