Whatfix nets $32m in Series C led by Sequoia Capital

Whatfix, a digital adoption solution, has netted $32m in its Series C round which was led by Sequoia Capital India.

Additional contributions came from previous Whatfix backers including Eight Roads Ventures, F-Prime Capital, and Cisco Investments.

Capital from the round will be used to fuel product development and meet growing demands by expanding across Europe and Australia.

Its new features will unify employee experiences and digital journeys across desktop, mobile and web applications, simplify enterprise-wide search across fragmented content repositories, and bolster user productivity through workflow automation and personalization.

Founded in 2014, Whatfix helps businesses to digitalize their operations including user adoption, onboarding, performance support, change management and training.

Its onboarding solution enables a business to personalise the experience and streamline procedures involved with adding new users to systems.

Whatfix CEO and co-founder Khadim Batti said, “As the future of work evolves, enterprises must invest in Digital Adoption now to prepare for the next wave in the digital workplace. Mainstream employees and alternative workforce will need to be digitally savvy, stay focused on key digital activities, use BOTs to enter data and perform routine tasks, re-skill themselves by self-learning in the flow of work, and be comfortable acting on hyper-personalized guidance.”
