TrustQuay deploys its latest tool into Nightingale Trustees

TrustQuay, a technology developer for the corporate services, trust and alternative fund administration markets, has partnered with Nightingale Trustees.

As part of the agreement, Nightingale will adopt the TrustQuay Online, a software-as-a-service solution powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Headquartered in Geneva, Nightingale is a fully independent trust administration business offering qualitative and personalised services primarily to high-net-worth international private clients.

Nightingale managing director Laura Lees said this deal provides it with a one-stop solution to serve its clients and support its growth without needing to invest in hardware or manage software updates.

TrustQuay Online, which launched in April 2022, claims to be the first complete end-to-end SaaS offering for the trust and corporate services sector. It is available 24/7 from any device with a browser and internet connection.

The solution allows service providers to manage their businesses and regulatory requirements in a simple and automated manner.

TrustQuay Executive Chairman Keith Hale said, “We are delighted to partner with Nightingale Trustees to adopt our recently launched SaaS platform.

“We believe TrustQuay Online will dramatically accelerate digitalisation in the sector, especially amongst smaller independent players such as Nightingale Trustees, offering a lower complexity, lower cost and lower risk alternative to on-premise infrastructure.”
