In a stride towards fortifying client trust and operational security, Regnology has achieved the SOC 2 certification for its Rcloud platform.
This accreditation, awarded by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), is a testament to Regnology’s unwavering dedication to upholding the highest standards of information security and data protection.
The Rcloud platform, a product of Regnology’s collaboration with Google Cloud launched in 2022, offers augmented regulatory reporting solutions. These solutions are designed to be highly adaptable to the dynamic regulatory landscapes, benefiting from Google Cloud’s robust infrastructure. Currently, the platform boasts a subscription from over 200 banks across 20 nations, underlining the critical importance of the SOC 2 certification in assuring operational integrity and security compliance.
Antoine Moreau, Chief Information Officer at Regnology, expressed the company’s commitment to prioritizing client needs and ensuring the utmost security of their data. “At Regnology, our clients have and will always be a top priority. We are delighted to have completed the SOC 2/ISAE 3000 certification, and will remain steadfast committed to designing and delivering the most robust and secure environments. As we continue to expand into new regions, North America and APAC specifically, this certification is indicative of the measures we have taken to protect Regnology’s and our clients’ data and abide by the most demanding global standards,” Moreau said.
The SOC 2 certification, alongside the additional accreditations such as SOC 1/ISAE3402 Type 2 Report for Software Development and Managed Services, and CSA STAR, complements the ISO certification achieved in 2022. This suite of certifications collectively validates Regnology’s adherence to best practices in security and control design, bolstering its position as a trusted provider of regulatory reporting solutions in the FinTech space.
