PropTech platform No Agent has secured more than £584,000 through an equity crowdfunding campaign.
The London-based startup aims to reduce costs and paperwork for landlords through its online platform allowing them to find and manage tenants.
Its ultimate aim is to replace traditional letting agents entirely.
The company took to Seedrs to raise the funding and attracted more than 200 investors. It says the round values it at £4.2m.
No Agent founder Calum Brannan previously launched risk management software business CrowdControl.
He said the new capital will be used to develop the company’s AI capabilities and expand its marketing reach.
The crowdfunding round’s investors include former Propertyfinder.com CEO Gillian Kent and Overture founder and CEO Nick Hynes.
