Employee benefits and HR company OneDigital Health and Benefits has acquired fellow operator in the space Cherry Creek Benefits.
As part of the deal, Cherry Creek managing principals Scott and Randy Niederbrach and principals Jim Vandersluis, Barry Teeters, and Andy Nef will continue to serve existing clients in the Colorado region, alongside the existing team.
In joining OneDigital, the existing customers of Cherry Creek Benefits will gain access to greater offerings including enrolment technology, HR support tools, health and wellbeing experts and national compliance resources.
Colorado-based Cherry Creek provides businesses with a selection of business tools including employee benefits, health management and wellness programs, employee communication, HR, and compliance. For compliance, the company ensures the necessary requirements of ERISA, Affordable Care Act (ACA), State Laws, Department of Labor Regulations, HIPAA, and COBRA are met.
OneDigital Health and Benefits, which is based in Atlanta, also offers a range of employee benefit solutions designed to improve productivity and engagement.
The company also offers a selection of compliance tools to eliminate risk. A team of attorneys and experts analyse and interpret benefit regulations to provide businesses with advice.
