Fundraising and donor management software for non-profits Kindful has raised $3.5m in a Series A round.
The investment for the Nashville-based company was led by Cultivation Capital.
Kindful develops a fundraising automation platform designed to help non-profit managers and fundraisers operate more efficiently.
Its services include donor acquisition, donor-relationship management and real-time analytics, including insights from popular third-party software partners.
Kindful founder and CEO Jeremy Bolls said “Our mission is to help non-profits grow.
Having integrated fundraising, transactional and donor data all in one platform challenges the historical standard in the nonprofit sector that donor software is hard to use and expensive.”
The funding will go towards investing in the company’s sales and product development teams.
St. Louis-based Cultivation Capital recently raised $20.5m for a new fintech-dedicated fund.
It said it aims to invest in B2B service-enabled SaaS and software companies that already have a product on the market and $1.5m in recurring revenue.
