DST Global is an investment arm of Mail.ru Group specializing in private equity and venture capital investments in late venture and later stage stages, typically investing in companies valued at at least $500m.

The company was founded by Yuri Milner, and after building Mail.ru Group, DST gained international recognition through its investments in Facebook, Zynga and Groupon. A notable investment came in January 2016, where it took part in an investment round in Chinese company Meituan-Dianping which was valued at $3.3bn. At the time this was the largest single funding round in FinTech history.

It has had a several large funds for investment in recent history, the latest being DST Global Fund V, which was announced in 2015 and totaled $1.7bn.
