Dock and Feedzai’s alliance boosts fraud prevention for LatAm firms

Dock, a B2B player in payments and banking technology in LatAm, has teamed up with Feedzai, a global fraud and money laundering prevention firm.

The collaboration aims to offer advanced security solutions to Dock customers, making state-of-the-art fraud prevention technology accessible to businesses of various sizes in Latin America.

Dock specialises in offering top-notch payment and banking technological solutions for businesses across Latin America. On the other hand, Feedzai operates with a proprietary framework of avant-garde machine learning models, ensuring robust threat detection, fewer false positives, and a seamless experience for clients, thereby ensuring heightened security.

Clients will soon have the opportunity to utilise Feedzai’s RiskOps Platform. Beyond this, there are ongoing discussions to incorporate Feedzai’s anti-money laundering tools, aiming to give a comprehensive, real-time risk view. Additionally, the platform will feature a native behavioural biometrics module, catering to clients keen on enhancing transactional analysis with a digital footprint.

As part of the collaboration, Feedzai will deploy a dedicated team to cater to the Latin American market’s needs, ensuring enhanced security and fraud prevention.
