Confluence Technologies, which is dedicated to addressing complex investment data challenges in the investment management industry, has partnered with Manaos, which streamlines how institutional investors centralize portfolio data, integrate ESG information, and report on investment sustainability.

The essence of the partnership between Confluence and Manaos is to introduce an all-encompassing SFDR (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation) solution for asset managers using the Manaos platform. This collaboration aims to facilitate the production of European ESG Templates and ensure the provision of precontractual and periodic disclosures to end investors.

Confluence excels in providing innovative technology solutions that support investment management firms in navigating complex data challenges. Manaos, with its modular platform, specializes in simplifying and centralizing portfolio data management for institutional investors. It integrates ESG data seamlessly and enhances the sustainability reporting process for investments.

This partnership is a strategic move for both Confluence and Manaos, uniting their strengths to offer a comprehensive SFDR reporting solution. It is specifically designed to streamline the process for asset managers, reducing the time and financial resources required to comply with regulatory demands, while simultaneously enhancing transparency for end investors.

Confluence is headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, and boasts a strong global presence with over 900 employees in 15 offices around the world. The company serves more than 1000 clients across 40 countries. Manaos, with its commitment to regulatory reporting capabilities, aims to consolidate the sustainability ecosystem on a single interface, thereby facilitating more effective investment decision-making, analytics, and reporting.

Confluence Senior Product Manager, Damian Handzy, said, “As global scrutiny of ESG performance intensifies, asset managers are being faced with mounting regulatory obligations and reporting requirements. We’re delighted to make our SFDR reporting solution available to clients on the Manaos platform, providing asset managers with a streamlined service designed to reduce the time and money needed to comply with this regulation, while increasing transparency to end investors.”

Manaos CEO, Franck Delbes, said, “We’re excited to be partnering with Confluence to expand Manaos’ regulatory reporting capabilities. With accurate and timely ESG reporting a growing concern for asset managers, this capability marks a critical step in achieving our vision of bringing the sustainability ecosystem together on a single interface, for more effective investment decision-making, analytics and reporting.”
