GAN Integrity, a front-runner in the no-code ethics, risk, and compliance management technology scene, has recently hit a milestone.
The company, renowned for transforming the ease of managing comprehensive compliance programs, announced a substantial growth investment round. This significant financial backing underscores the tech firm’s innovative strides in a niche but crucial market.
The latest funding round saw heavyweights Funds advised by Apax (“Apax Funds”) and Aquiline Technology Growth (“Aquiline”) bolstering their confidence in GAN Integrity with a significant investment. This financial infusion is set to catalyse GAN Integrity’s market reach, honing its technology to meet the sophisticated needs of premier brands globally.
Established in 2004 in Denmark, GAN Integrity has revolutionised compliance management with its cloud-based software. The company’s flagship offering, the Integrity Platform, stands out for its no-code, workflow orchestration capabilities. It’s uniquely designed to empower ethics and compliance teams, enabling them to preemptively navigate and manage risk. This proactive approach drives ethical behaviour across businesses, promoting a unified view of internal and external risks and offering automation that fundamentally changes an organisation’s risk assessment landscape.
With this fresh funding, GAN Integrity aims to fast-track the development of its trailblazing platform. The focus is clear: to better cater to the burgeoning demands of leading brands worldwide. By evolving its technology, the company anticipates meeting more nuanced client needs, particularly in creating a comprehensive view of risk landscapes and deploying control environments that not only manage exposure but also pave the way for sustainable growth.
The Integrity Platform’s strength lies in its unified data-structure, no-code workflow technology, and detailed role-based access control. It serves as the foundation for various risk & compliance applications, extending its utility across diverse organisational setups and internal processes. From third-party risk management to intricate compliance domains like antitrust issues and conflict of interest concerns, the platform’s versatility enables businesses to customise solutions, yielding significant outcomes and actionable business intelligence.
GAN Integrity CEO Nicholas Manolis expressed his enthusiasm about the new partnership: “We’re incredibly excited to partner with Apax in this next stage of our journey. This investment provides us with the resources and flexibility to execute on our ambitious customer product road map and growth plans, providing even more organisations around the world with a platform that makes good governance effortless. With our talented team, and Apax’s unique insights and operational expertise, we have an exciting future ahead.”
Further echoing this sentiment, representatives from Apax Funds and Aquiline shared their insights. David Su, Managing Partner at Apax Global Impact, commented on the company’s influential role: “GAN helps its customers drive significant positive impact, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with Nick and the team. Ethics and compliance behaviours start at the top of all organisations, but businesses need an effective and scalable solution to implement policies and procedures, and GAN provides just that.”
The investment also signifies a reaffirmation for Aquiline, a long-term shareholder. Max Chee, Partner and Head of Aquiline Technology Growth, reflected on their deepening commitment: “As long-term shareholders of GAN, we are excited to deepen our commitment to the business and partner with Apax for the next stage of growth.”
This round of investment marks a new chapter for GAN Integrity, positioning it strongly in the competitive compliance tech market and setting the stage for its next phase of innovation and expansion.
