Compliance management company ClauseMatch has deployed its policy management technology into Nasdaq-listed Diginex.
Diginex has integrated ClauseMatch’s services to ensure agile policy and procedure management to improve the quality and standardisation of processes, according to a report from IBS Intelligence.
The ClauseMatch solution was initially deployed within the compliance unit Diginex’s Hong Kong head office. However, the tool has been adopted across the company to communicate policies to employees across the global operations.
This implementation was completed over a two month period, which included a one month proof-of-concept.
ClauseMatch offers an automated policy management and regulatory change management platform for financial institutions and other regulated firms. The platform empowers clients to digitise their policies and procedures as well as automate time-intensive procedures.
As part of the deal, Diginex received a centralised storehouse of internal policies as well as compliance responsibilities. This ensures all relevant documents are collated into a single location and can be easily accessed when needed. Furthermore, it allows for real-time collaboration and a full audit trail.
By using the tool, Diginex can effectively map all of their compliance policies, requirements and easily collaborate to ensure streamlined compliance.
