AxiomSL has launched capabilities to enable regulatory and risk reporting on both public and private cloud infrastructures.
The provider of regulatory-reporting, risk and data-management solutions has announced the material non-public information (MNPI) Vault. It said the launch is to help regulators and financial institutions adapt the cloud as viable technology infrastructure, as long as appropriate risk-mitigation capabilities are in place.
Over the past two years, AxiomSL addressed the cloud risk-stack focusing on Business, Implementation and Operational risks and created the MNPI Vault to mitigate these risks
“Expanding deployment options for our clients by leveraging cloud technology is a timely and natural extension of our leadership in regulatory, risk and analytics reporting,” said Alex Tsigutkin, Group CEO and founder of AxiomSL.
“I believe our clients will find the scale and automation benefits of the MNPI Vault extremely compelling. Our cloud deployment positions financial institutions to efficiently address today’s rapid velocity of change and ever-increasing data volumes. With the MNPI Vault, our clients benefit not only from secure cloud-delivery, but also from global access to AxiomSL’s flagship data integrity and control platform and our broad range of regulatory and risk reporting solutions.”
The MNPI Vault is based on the ControllerView regulatory data-management platform, which has been enhanced to take advantage of Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) sophisticated security features.
In a departure from multi-tenanted models, AxiomSL deploys the MNPI Vault on the basis of a secure virtual private cloud for each financial institution. Its cloud implementation combines the benefits of absolute data segregation and client-specific data sovereignty with the efficiencies of scalable solutions and automated change management.
Clients deploying solutions within the MNPI Vault also benefit from data-lineage and tracing modules.
AxiomSL provides solutions to banks, broker dealers, asset managers and insurance companies, with its enterprise data management (EDM) platform delivering data lineage, risk aggregation, analytics, workflow automation, validation and audit functionality.
Its offerings supports compliance with a wide range of global and local regulations, including Basel III capital and liquidity requirements, the Dodd-Frank Act, AnaCredit, FATCA, AEI (CRS), EMIR, COREP/FINREP, CCAR, FDSF, BCBS 239, Solvency II, AIFMD, IFRS 9, MAS, ASIC, REMIT, MiFID II, SFTR, central bank disclosures, and both market and credit risk management requirements.
Earlier this year, an American global systematically important bank (G-SIB) tapped AxiomSL’s strategic regulatory platform. The RegTech said G-SIB has gone live with its platform to deliver a ten-country roll-out of local Common Reporting Framework (COREP), Financial Reporting Framework (FINREP), local central bank and AnaCredit reporting.
