Kroll, a leading independent provider of global risk and financial advisory solutions, has announced that Katherine Keefe will be joining the company as managing director and global cyber insurance industry lead.
In her new role, Keefe will oversee Kroll’s cyber insurance capabilities on a global scale. She joins Kroll with a wealth of experience in the cyber insurance and risk management space.
Previously, she served as the US cyber incident management leader at Marsh, where she managed responses to data breaches and ransomware incidents.
She has also held key leadership roles, including head of breach response services at Beazley, and has a strong background in regulatory and compliance matters. Throughout her career, she has worked with various legal and risk management teams, including partnerships at law firms like Reed Smith LLP.
In her role at Kroll, Keefe will drive the firm’s global cyber insurance strategy, helping clients navigate the evolving cyber threat landscape. With her extensive experience in cyber response and risk management, Keefe will play a pivotal role in strengthening Kroll’s insurance-related offerings.
Kroll is part of more than 85 insurance panels and handles thousands of incidents each year. The company’s cyber and data resilience team includes privacy experts, cyber threat professionals, and data risk specialists who offer support to clients across various sectors, helping them build resilience and manage ongoing risks.
