RegTech startup Theta Lake has created a solution to improve companies’ compliance and a new video explaining how it eliminates the need for keyword search from voice to text transcriptions.
The new video explains that Theta Lakes solution ingest a massive volume of call and voice recording data via integration partners like RingCentral.
Theta Lake has previously released another video explaining how its RingCentral partnership works.
Once the data has been collected, high-quality transcription tools are applied to serve as a base layer for high-quality content analysis
The video explains that Theta Lake uses natural language processing to add relevance and normalisation to the transcript by detecting commonly mis-transcribed words, layering in context and to check for words that sound alike.
The next step is that the solution is using Theta Lake’s technology to check for industry and compliance-related words. By doing so, Theta Lake can more easily flag risks to compliance teams.
