Wealth Dynamix to help French private bank improve onboarding

Client lifecycle management solution Wealth Dynamix will help to digitise the onboarding functions of an unnamed French independent private bank, as part of a new partnership.

The new client will implement the WDX1 solution in France, and then extend it to its operations in Belgium and Monaco.

By leveraging the new tool, the bank will be able to review and refine its onboarding processes, as well as implement automation to ensure seamless, efficient and compliant processes for clients and advisors.

WDX1 will also enable administrative tasks to be executed and tracked electronically, saving clients and advisors time and lowering onboarding delays and costs. Signatures can also be captured electronically and documents can be pre-populated with data captured prior to onboarding, removing the need for customers to re-enter information.

Wealth Dynamix CEO and founder Gary Linieres said, “We are excited to add this major private bank to our growing French client base. They join Crédit Agricole Indosuez and others, who also wanted to increase CLM efficiency and improve client experience through digitisation.”

“The opportunity for Wealth Dynamix to deliver value in France is immense. Only 11% of French HNW individuals hold wealth offshore and the majority make use of up to 5 wealth managers. Competition is at an all-time high and most wealth managers are now digitising CLM processes to differentiate their service offering.”
