VoxSmart enables Singaporean firms to trade over WeChat & WhatsApp

UK-based RegTech VoxSmart is helping Singapore’s leading energy and commodity firms boost revenue and manage risk.

The company is enabling employees in the region to trade across Instant Messaging platforms like WeChat and WhatsApp. The move comes a year after it launched its WeChat capture solution as a Global FinTech Hackcelerator finalist the 2017 Singapore’s FinTech Festival.

VoxSmart’s technology VSmart, initially launched as a solution to help banks and financial institutions achieve compliance on their corporate issued mobile devices.

However, due to the growing popularity of social media and instant messaging platforms like WhatsApp and WeChat within global financial markets, VoxSmart now allows capital markets traders and brokers embrace mobility by allowing them to communicate with clients, and execute trades away from the desk.
