Verified.Me will be deploying its identity and authentication solutions to FCT, a title insurance and real estate firm, as part of a new deal.
By joining the verified.me, FCT can offer its lending professional clients to implement identity validation and secure document transmissions in their lending channels. When a borrower agrees to complete the identity validation process, they will be guided through a workflow which allows lenders to collect and validate information from a trusted provider, such as a financial institution.
Verified.Me uses a connection with an existing trusted organization, such as a financial institution, and uses the personal identification information to verify identities and create accounts with other providers.
FCT CEO Michael LeBlanc said, “At FCT, we are dedicated to improving front-end processes for lending and real estate professionals, and digital identity has always been an important part of this.
“It is our mission to accelerate digital transformation throughout the real estate lifecycle to deliver a more intelligent and connected journey across the buying, selling or refinancing process. We’re excited to integrate Verified.Me into our broader verification and fulfilment capabilities and reduce the pain points lenders experience when collecting and validating the information of borrowers.”
